White wine: Mas Candi Desig 2019, Xarel-Lo, Penedes, Spain

Made from the indigenous Xarel-lo grape variety, best known for its role in Cava sparkling wine, this wine is fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and aged for 7 months on the fine lees. Textured, crisp and vibrant with notes of white flowers, citrus and a long mineral streak. The wine features an intense golden colour and full body with characteristic acidity and a round fruity finish makes this an excellent choice of wine to pair with an array of food.
